IF YOU SELECT A CHEAPER MODE OF SHIPPING THAT DOES NOT COME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS REFUNDS AS THESE PACKAGES DO NOT COME WITH INSURANCE. WE WILL SHIP ALL ORDERS IN A TIMLY AND HONEST MANNER.

All orders typically ship in 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri)
Please note during the Holiday season, that some orders could possibly face delays in shipping due to high volume orders and delays via the shipping companies.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER & HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Depending on where you are located, we ship differently. Please note all delivery time frames are estimates. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK IT?
If you purchased tracking, you will get a tracking number 1-2 days after your order ships. If you did not purchase tracking, you can not add tracking after the fact.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process.

WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, The Esther Store has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and The Esther Store has no way of knowing what these charges may be. The Esther Store is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you placed an order shipping to Canada or the United States more than 20 days ago or an International order more than 35 days ago, please email us store@estherthewonderpig.com

MY PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.
If your tracking states your package has been delivered, but you have not received it. Please first check with any surrounding neighbors for anyone who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you had your Your order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel.
Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we'll do all we can to help out.
