IF I DON’T LIKE MY ITEM(S), CAN I RETURN THEM?

Please note that all our apparel is fulfilled by an associated Print On Demand company, which means that these products are unique and produced only once the order is placed and are all sales final.

Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your order.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS A REPLACEMENT ORDER?

We will gladly issue you a replacement order for any of the following reasons:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • Your order contains damaged product(s)
  • Your order has a printing error

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or simply don't like it.

Please email us at store@estherthewonderpig.com Include your order number, email address, and name and let us know the issue with your item(s).

MY ITEM DIDN'T FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?

If we sent you the wrong size, different from what you ordered, we will of course make it right.

Include your order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. Upon approval, we will have a replacement item printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. 

Since we are using a print on demand platform, it's so very important that you use the sizing charts to determine the correct fit for you.    If you ordered the wrong size, and we sent you what you ordered, we won't be able to print another item without you placing another order.

HOW DO I RETURN A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)?

While it is rare, mistakes can happen. Please email us at store@estherthewonderpig.com Include your order number, email address and name on the order as well as a photo of the incorrect or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and issue a replacement item. We do not require you to return the item if it is in fact defective or incorrect.
